Returns, Refunds & Exchange

Sorrrry, we don’t do returns or refunds unless your order arrives damaged. 
Everything at lucki is made to order - once it’s made and shipped, it’s officially yours.

If your order shows up damaged, firstly - f⭑ck sorry that's our bad, secondly - please email us at help@lucki.in with a photo within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll fix it asap.

If the tees you receive don't fit like you had expected - email us within 7 days with your preferred size and we will initiate an exchange for you with no extra shipping charges <3

 


 

Modifications / Wrong Size / Cancellations

Please reach out to us asap! Send an email to help@lucki.in within 24 hours to help us help you effectively. We're always striving to dispatch your order the very next business day so we can't really change details / cancel once it's left the unit :(

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking says “delivered” but your order is MIA, email us at help@lucki.in and we’ll raise an investigation with our delivery partner to figure it out asap!
