Welcome to lucki. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our platform.
1. General
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use the services provided by Lucki (“Lucki,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the purchase of any products through our website.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms in full.
2. Order Placement and Acceptance
All orders placed through Lucki are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not signify acceptance.
A contract is formed only when we confirm that your order has entered production or dispatch.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are listed in the specified currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Full payment is required at the time of placing the order.
We accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, and PayPal.
Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
4. Order Modification and Cancellation
You may modify or cancel your order before it enters production by contacting us at help@lucki.in
Once production has started, modifications or cancellations may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
Lucki reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders the next business day (for orders placed before 4 PM). That said, occasional delays of up to 5–8 business days may occur due to restocking issues, unexpected demand, or national and state holidays.
Delivery timelines can also vary depending on your location and external factors like courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Lucki is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details provided during checkout.
6. Returns and Refunds
As our products are custom-made or printed to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at care@lucki.fit with photos and a detailed description of the issue.
We will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Lucki website — including product designs, artwork, text, images, and logos — is the intellectual property of Lucki and its collaborators.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lucki shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and any related disputes will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
