Unfortunately, we don't ship internationally.

Tracking Your Order

We dispatch within 48 hours - as soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via e-mail! You may also receive updates via SMS closer to delivery.

Timelines

We aim to dispatch all orders the next business day (for orders placed before 4 PM). That said, occasional delays of up to 5–8 business days may occur due to restocking issues, unexpected demand, or national and state holidays.

Delivery timelines can also vary depending on your location and external factors like courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

Sorrrry, we don’t do returns or refunds unless your order arrives damaged.
Everything at lucki is made to order - once it’s made and shipped, it’s officially yours.

If your order shows up damaged, firstly - f⭑ck sorry that's our bad, secondly - please email us at help@lucki.in with a photo within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll fix it asap.

If the tees you receive don't fit like you had expected - email us within 7 days with your preferred size and we will initiate an exchange for you with an additional shipping charge of ₹118 as free shipping only applies to the first order <3

Modifications / Wrong Size / Cancellations

Please reach out to us asap! Send an email to help@lucki.in within 24 hours to help us help you effectively. We're always striving to dispatch your order the very next day so we can't really change details / cancel once it's left the unit :(
